One of my friend and other person fight each other and in fighting it’s accidentally one person dead... then what happened with other person... bcoz his death is accidentally not murdered?Also can we apply for a bail after 14 days in jail.

Q: Visiting rights to children after wife leaves the husband

My son's wife left my son's house along with her belongings around 3 months back with two children aged 9 and 5. She works in delhi and has put her children in a school in bhatinda with her brother who is in the army. The wife is based in delhi and does not allow my son to visit the children. If we file case which courts have jurisdiction ?

Q: 420 IPC , police is calling me to Police Station. Should I go to Polic

On 19th of july 2019, from my room in patel nagar, police captured me and took me for an inquiry. They caught me through an IPhone that was involved in some criminal activity.They were suspecting me of being involved in the same criminal activity. But the IPhone used by me was something that I bought from OLX. They inquired me and I told them the truth. I had the adhar card and contact details of the seller and police verified my call with the seller and I was found to be saying the truth. They got convinced to leave me and lastly let me leave with a paper that says I have a case of 420 IPC against me, which they said would be a weak case to get a bail from court.They asked me to remain in continuous touch with them but due to certain circumstances I was unable to get in touch.Now, some 3 months after the incident they called me to come to police station.Their voice tone suggests their preparation to arrest me anyhow.Please advice me what should I do. Should I go to PS.

i got marred in 2014, i have a gaughter 3 and a half year old. i dont want to reside with my husband . he have some bad habbits he is a gambler. i dont like him. but he nither hit me nor abuse me , but he is always been verbally misbehave to me about my past. last time the argument was so high and he told me that go to your mother house and i had left her house but now he and his family want me to come back but i did't want to go back , i told him that give me khula or divorce but he dont want to give me neither khula nor divorce . but i want. then how can i proceed via legal way. can i get divorce from court.
