Time at Large Concept (in Contracts Law)

20-Jan-2023 (In Breach of Contract Law)
Whether the concept of "Time at large" come into play/picture of tenability where the contract contains provisions for extension of time and due to non performance of one party to contract the other party to contract cannot determine the time required for performance of his promises. In such a case the whether the time is deemed to set at large or not?

hi
if one party has not provided the service/goods as mandated in contract within time frame stipulated, then the affected party gets the liberty to provide his part of contract after taking in to account the time delay caused by other party. this is the meaning of time at large
