Credit card harassment by recovery

I have icici bank credit card (2.5L),Post Corona my earning reduced and unable to pay full amount so I started paying minimum amount.from 2021-2023 I have paid 4.25L requested them for settlement but still they are saying paying 1.25L in one go and for EMI 3 month 1.75 .what's should I do recovery agent visiting house and icici bank employee keep pressuring to pay
Well, you can lodge a Complaint against them to RBI and Banking Ombudsman. If things won't resolve after lodging of Complaint too, then, release a Video of your's on Social Media and reflect before the world, the sheer harrassment which Recovery Agents have been doing with you. Parallely, lodge a FIR against those agents
