Q: Regarding IPC 307 & SC/ST act IPC 3 (1) dha

Dear Team Members,uppar ki dono dharayen mere teen cousin's par lagi hui hai. Hisme ek arrest ho gaya tha aur 307 me uski bail ke liye apply kiya tha, jo ki reject ho gayi hai. Abhi charge-sheet file nahi hui hai. Abhi wadi party compromise karne ke liye bhi taiyar hai. Please suggest iss case se wo teeno bahar kaise nikal sakte hai.

Q: Require advice for bail application (hearing issue in allahbad hc)

Hi sir ,My brother got arrested by corrupt police under section 409, 420 .By giving false excuse that person is not helping police investigation they issye arrest warrant on it 15.12.18 and arrest my brother on dt 18.12.18 .My bail application is rejected by lower court so I decided to move on allahbad high court .After one month my bail application is accepted , on hearing date judge require some. Documents regarding case status and assign another date .Now only date is issue by court but no one hear due to high amount of case as the srno goes to 114 ...Please help ,how can they hear my bail application

Q: Regarding 498A stay.my wife filed a case against me in section 498A .

On 31august 2017 i got an proceeding stay on 498a case from Allahabad high court on the basis that from my wife side same complaint have been logged against me from two different police stations on that same day . On this the court raises an eyebrow and stated that this case was filed to harras boy and his mother and to mentally disturb them. On the basis of that court has given me proceeding stay. On 29 may 2019 we have an hearing on this stay in court no. 72 .sir what r the chances of this stay to remain stayed or it can be bracket??

कोर्ट ने जब स्टे किया होगा तब respondent मतलब आपकी wife को issue notice किया होगा। यदि नही किया तो अब issue notice होगा और आपकी wife के lawyer कोर्ट मे present होंगे और तब final बहस होगी।उसके बाद ही कोर्ट कोई भी judgement देगी ।
