Q: Help relating age of consent with witness for sex in India.

I am 16 and my boyfriend is 20. Is consensual sex between me and him allowed if we have full proof of consent.

Dear Client, the minimum age for consensual sex is 18 years. If you are below this age then you will be termed as the victim and since your partner is more than this age hence he will be termed as the offender. Proofs are not considered in such matters. Q: Jio and airtel network problems

1) Jio hasn't address my problem of slow speed and low network coverage for well over 3 years from now.2) airtel hasn't solved for 2-3 months.Problem is I'm just user both Sim are in my father's name. Not mine can I go to consumer court.

Dear Client, you can file a case in Consumer Court under your father's name. Before that first issue a legal notice through an advocate and ask both the companies to rectify the problems and also claim an amount for mental harassment. If wife is proved adulterous. Does child get maintenance and what about custody of child. The age of child is 2 years. Please revert

Q: Cross examination of Respondent in Divorce

Hi Sir/Madam,I have 2 questions kindly help.I filed divorce in 2017Current stage -> cross of respondent 1. If any point mentioned in petitioner's (my) chief affidavit which is not denied by respondent wife , does that mean court will take it as respondent wife accepted the point ? Or we have to ask those question in cross to wife and take her denial on record.2. Wife left job in between divorce proceeding. providing company letter saying we relived her as no more employee required. Now she is asking maintenance in HMA24.She had good experience till now and never be unemployed, She can easily get job , but she is not doing it willingly. Please help me how to handle this situation and make court aware that she is capable but not doing job deliberately. Thanks you so much in advance
