Q: My mother has left us one house for me and my brother. How to transfer
How to transfer the house belongs to my mother to her legal hairs. Me and my brother. My mother left us two years back. And we want to transfer the property on our name. The property was purchased in 1983 and the documents are not registered as there was no rule that time. We have society share certificate and unregistered agreement between my mother and builder. Thank you
