Q: Filing for divorce on ground of emotional abuse
My husband is extremely disrespectful towards me and keeps pulling me down in front of everyone. He asks me to pay a certain amount to him every month which is more than what I earn. I am emotionally drained and mentally harrassed, because he takes all decisions without consulting me, and comes to me only for money. Tries to brainwash my 7 year old son to against me. I wish to file for divorce, but I don’t know if mental harassment is a ground for getting divorce.

Q: Recovery of admission fee paid to Mba institute on withdrawal
I had deposited admission fee of Rs 295000/- for my son on 19-12-21 for admission in Mba institute located at Mumbai not affiliated to AICTE. The last date for deposit of admission fee was 20-12-21 and was refundable with 14 days from this date. The session is to start in July 22. The last date for refund was set by the institute in a such way that result of important exams like CAT, XAT etc was still not declared. We had emailed the institute for refund of admission fee on 20-03-22, as my son had taken admission in another better institute. However the institute has refused refund. Can we get refund of the fee paid to the institute as we had advised the institute well in advance before the commencement of the new session in july 22 and not availed any service from institute? The last date to apply for admission to this institute for Round 3 was 21 Mar 22 and for Round 4 is in May 22. The institute is still open for admissions for its MBA program scheduled to commence in Jul 22.
