Dear informed,

The act committed by your neighbour may not be a result of confussion as suggested by you. A complaint should be lodged with the SIT, set up for the purpose and aditionally file a suit to obtain an order from the court for the demarkation and demolition of the illegally constructed wall on your plot.

Sir as per your facts you first need to approach district courts for proper remedy. Moreover as you said, there is a possibility of any confusion which you may first talk and settle out with your agent and other agents and owners. If things dont work out then you need to approach district court for proper demarcation as per your plot registry
