plot boundary dispute with neighbor

when I purchased my plot, I didn't measure the dimensions. approx 100 SFT of area is encroached by neighbour with a compound wall. now he is not accepting to give the plot area. what can I do now.. He is not ready to check with govt. surveyor. pls advice.
you can make a complaint to your local municipality against him for making encroachment and damaging your property. simultaneously you can also file a police complaint against him and the persons who are making the construction.

file a case for injunction the neighbour to interfere in your position and the same time you make an application to the tahsildar and the survey to measure the land and fix your boundaries make necessary arrangements in regard this file civil case not to disturb your peaceful possession of your land which he is in interference
