Neighbor not ready to compromise over the common wall what to do.
07-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
My house wall is attached with my neighbor wall. we both have same wall but we are constructing our house that wall is problem he is deny to remove that wall. we are agree on 50-50 use of the wall wall width is 14 inch we are using only 7 inches wall but he is raising objection. please advise.
It's not clear as to who is the owner of the wall. It appears that both the houses are constructed on the same wall on fifty percent each. If it is jointly owned then without his consent you can not use or demolish the wall. You may file suit for directions to other party to allow you to construct. However after discussing and seeing the map better advice could be given.
Dear Sir/Mam
You are free to carry out any sort of construction on your property as long as your neighbour's property is not damaged by the construction carried out by you. If they are making unnecessary objections, you always have an option to file a suit for injunction against them restraining them from committing such an act.

If that is the case you can go ahead and file a civil suit seeking injunction/restraining them from creating hindrance in your passage for construction accordingly even a LC can be appointed by civil court. Therefore you can go ahead and file suit for injunction along with damages for harassment that you have gone through. Thanks
How big is the wall. What is the area? You can rebuild the wall with 7" width and make independent walls. Pl. shoe the wall in the map and talk to the person. Pl. discuss in detail with all relevant papers showing your property.
