How to restrict Stay Order from High Court

04-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My Father took the land in 1984 from Reddy. And Reddy took the land from Pandu in 1978. Reddy has expired and his son appealed to high court in 1996 that my he is not part of saling the land to My Father. So that issue followed to 2002, And the result came in favour of my father. Now, our land is taking the govt for some reservoir construction(We accepted and They are paying for loss). So the issue here is that the Pandu's son coming and stopping that this land not sold to Reddy. So here when we got the justice from high court the witness pandu is also there. Pandu's son wantedly trying to stop. we got some clash with him and we have approached to police station that, The officer called us and saw the paper of both and he also justice in our favor. Even though he go to the court I am sure that justice will come in our favor only .But my concern here is that in next 10 day, govt will take signatures from us.This should not stop. For this What can i do, shd i reach court b4 he reaches.

In this case if the stay order is given by the high court then you can move to the supreme court under the relevant provisions. For this you can hire a god lawyer and make a draft for the stay application along with your arguments.
