How to do construction without any legal obstacle such as stay order

We have boundry walled our land & going to build house on it what are the ways by which other people(our enemies i,e neighbour to our land)can stop our construction via stay order|mainly i wanted to ask how can we prevent such stay order in advance?
You prevent others(probable parties) from obtaining a stay order by filing a caveat application in the Court where you see the case shall be filed by such parties for obtaining a stay.Under such circumstances, you will have a right to be represented before any such stay is granted.

Hello,
there is no such way of preventing the stay orders, what best you can do is you can keep an eyes over your enemies if they are proceeding to court or not and also the court will not pass any order without hearing you, so at any stage you can compete in the court of law.

Legally you can not restrain any person to act legally for protection of his/ her rights. Apart for your safety you can file cavea under CPC 148A to court to be informed in case any letigation or suit is filed against you.
