How to get a way to reach our agricultural land

Hello Sir, We have an issue with walk road to my land.Basically if want to go inside of my agri land I have to cross and walk through my neighbors land about 20 foot.So far we have been doing the same,but now we have some financial quarrels between us and he is not allowing to walk through on his land if want to reach my agri land. Kindly suggest us how to move on this situation. Thanks.

Hi
You are entitled for right of passage to reach your land.
You need to check your title deed and also the neigbours title deed.
i am sure you get a certified copy of your neighbour's title deed from sub-registrar office.
if the right of passage to your land is mentioned in both the title deed then he cannot deny you the right of passage.
also , if the right of passage has been existing for last 12 years, then it cannot be withdrawn now by your neighbour.
after checking the documents, we can suggest the next steps.

you to file a case for easement right stating that since we are walking from that land not disturbing his crop. so court will give you the order and he will be not stop going from his land. so as early as possible file a case.
