Neighbor refusing to stop using my road even after having his own road

I own the road in my property. one neighbor have access to the road for 10+ years. Can I block the road, if the neighbor have another road for his property (his own road)?
Noone else uses that road. He is demanding that i should give him the ownership of that road for free. i am even ready to sell but he is not ready to buy.
Can i block the road since he has another panchayat road road(better road) and his travel wont be blocked in any way.
in this case you have to file permanent injunction suite and I need the document of the property. As per your statement if the other road is sufficient to enjoy his property he hasn't easement right over your property.
