Grandfather gifted property to one grandchild.How can I claim my share

I want to claim d share of our property, my grandpa is gift deed to my uncle's son. My grandpa has 3 children's n my dad is elder n 2nd aunty n 3rd my uncle, my grandpa didn't gave any share for us n aunty. I want to claim d share Pls provide d suggestions Thanks

In your case, your are not explained how the property was come to your grand father like by way of purchase or inheritance.

Here, as you told, in case if the grand father is the absolute owner of the property and the said property is the self acquired property , then he can gift to any one as his wish. If it was the inherited property, then you father will get the right over the property. He can claim his part of share in that property.

In case if you want proceed, here you should prove the said gift of the property was obtained with coresion or fraud or misrepresentation.. Then the said gift can be challenged in the court of law.

Other wise it is not possible.

Your grand father property is ansistral as per law he con't gift..and even without verifying your dacuments v con't suggest u clearly you want more details ...? Should give clear details ...! More details contac us will guide u thank you

Is the property ancestral? If it is self acquired property of your grandfather the donee of the gift has absolute right over it if the gift deed is registered.Feel free to contact me with all related documents for further legal action.
