Does first wife daughter has rights to share the father's property

My Father has 2 wifes. First wife has 1 daughter and second wife has 3 daughter's and 2 son's. all are married except second wife younger son. First wife has been died. My father did all daughter's marriages equally as per hindu culture like everything he did after marriage as well. First wife daughter marriage was on before 1990. My question is. Does first wife daughter has rights to share the father's property. Please advice me on this case.

Yes. the first wife daughter has rights to share the father's property as Hindu succession act 1956 grants inheritance rights to both daughters and sons equally (act enforcement date was in the year 1956 where as the first wife daughter got married in 1990).
Also andhra pradesh was one of the few states to amend hindu succession act in the year 1986 wherein women were granted equal status as men when it comes to inheritance to ancestral properties.
So all of the children from both the marriages will have equal shares in properties.
