as you are first wife and without divorce the second marriage is invalid and they don't have any right, as far as the legal heir certificate is illegal and has to be cancelled, if even after your application and not consideration of objections and not cancellation of issued legal heir is arbitrary and illegal you have a remidy can approach high court

hi you could file writ petition in high court against the issuance of family member certificate to her and that to act upon your representation made to MRO and to ask the court to direct the MRO to take action on your representation

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds like you may have been taken advantage of and your legal rights as a widow have not been respected. In order to address this issue, you should speak with a lawyer who can provide you with legal advice and guide you through the process of challenging the legal heir certificate issued to the second wife and son. Additionally, you may want to file a complaint with the local government officials responsible for issuing the certificate, such as the MRO, and request an investigation into the matter. It is also important that you keep a record of all your communications with the MRO office, including dates and names of the officials you have spoken with.
