First wife son or second wife? Who is more eligible for a fathers job

My father was died in 2008. He was a state govt employee and He was in service. He done 2 marriages and am his first wife son. His secong wife has a daughter. Now the court decided to distribute the death benefits and pension and job in 3 parts among us. I got 1/3 rd in th gratuity and other benefits. But who will get the pension? And i also applied for the job on compensate grounds and his second wife also applied. Plz tell me who will get the job and who will get the pension.? Am alone and completed degree and all 3 of is are dependent on my father..
