Can a Muslim girl do second marriage without divorcing first husband

Muslim girl can do second marriage without first marriage divorce. If I do what problem me and my second husband will face from first husband side legally. Or otherwise can I get divorce easily but my first husbend not ready to give divorce. Pls guide me
ISLAM permits restricted polygamy on male adults alone. A muslim lady cannot contract second marriage without divorcing the first husband.if it is done the first husband can sue you for bigamy punishable under section 494 I.P.C.

You can get divorce and then you can go for second marriage. if you do second marriage now then that will be called Bigamy.
better you apply divorce in the court and get it first. this will be good for your future.;
