The main document which matters in case is the will. If the mentions that other members in your family have a share in these properties as stated by you, then you cannot sell the entire without their permission Or alternatively you can requisition from the members who have their shares in these properties that they have no objection as to selling off the properties in which they may or may not their share.

The answer will depend on a number of facts that are not spelled out in your question but basically if the property is ancestral it cannot be sold without the permission of those who have a share in it. If it is partitioned by metes and bounds then you may dispose of your share provided there are no adult successors or else with their permission. Thus that is how the situation would be with respect to your grand father's property. Where your fathers's property is concerned again it will firstly depend on whether your father is alive. If he is alive you have no right over it. If you inherited it then the same situation as above will apply.

One needs to examine in detail the nature of both properties. The inherited property came to you, vide your share during partition, then you have absolute right over your share in property. In case your father is not alive and you have siblings, they have right in property which is in your father name, and you may need their consent before you sell.
