You should have approach the court first. You can file an application for maintenance and it is your father's duty to bear all expenses. Now if you want to marry with a person, you can do so if you are adult as per law. Some documents and formalities are required. But in both the cases you should collect documents first which may relevant in your case. All the best.

Assuming that you and your sister are still unmarried your father is under a legal obligation to maintain you. For that you can approach the court under Criminal Procedure Code and Hindu adoption and Maintenance Act.

you may file a legal suit of domestic abuse and violence against your father and family members, the court in many instance has considered such cases into exact definition where you have specifically been mentally tortured and verbally abuse. secondly you may also approach a court conducted mediation which would a court monitored settlement between the parties , sometimes keeping your voice through mediation cell is effective.

Are you major or minor? Since you are educated you should start working your own and should not be dependant on parents. Also you can file maintenance petition under section 20 of the hindu maintenance act.
