If my mother is beaten by my wife , and assisted by my in laws ( her father , her brother ) , which laws can I seek remedy under ( considering they are senior citizen ) , domestic violence act ? Or maintance and welfare of parents and senior citizen act ? 2. If my wife has been cruel to my sister who is a minor girl , has beaten her up many times , can the provisions of POSCO apply ?
