You have to make a complaint against your husband in police station. Further you can file a suit for defamation in civil court. You can also file a complaint under domestic violence act against your husband. Further if he is Hindu he cannot marry again without divorcing u.

Aap apney husband ke saath reh rahi hain ya alag? aur kab se alag reh rahi hain? Aapko sambandhit police station mein ek complaint likhwa deni chahiye.
