Q: How to change advocate in a civil matter?

Till date no judgement given in my case.. Can i change my advocate.. how to change advocate in case ?,But case in the last position.. What should i do suggest

you can change your advocate at any stage of case with the consent of advocate he will give you NOC then you can appoint new advocate but advocate only can legally proceed your matter judgement or order is not in advocate hand its court concern or if presiding officer think that your matters proceeding has been completed he will pass order

Q: What does section 129 of motor vehicle act means ?

I got a bike challan and the police wrote either 179 mv act or 129 mv act on that receipt. I want to know which section can be put on the challan and also what are the consequence of it

Section 129 of the Motor Vehicles Act applies when you are not wearing a helmet while riding.
Section 179 describes the penalty, which is either one month of imprisonment or, according to the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, Section 179(1), a fine amounting to ₹500.

But don’t panic about it — just confess and pay the fine.

Q: The person I had a deal to purchase a bike turned out to be a fraud

I had a deal to purchase bullet 350 classic, I paid him ₹55000 intially in two installments.He provided me proove of payments.But after one week whan I asked for handover,He stopped answering my call and msgs.He was giving silly excuses for not giving bike.One day I decided to reach police for help and told him that I'll lodge an FIR against him, then he called me and asked me to come at his home to take handover of bike.I reached his home with my two friends as witness,and we cancelled deal by writing on paper.He provided me cheque for 55000. I found that due to insufficient balance cheque was bounced.After one week he is forcing me to represent that cheque again. Harassing me for my money, Abusing me, Blackmailing me.He is selling someone else's bike on his name.He has no fear of law and police as he is an advocate. I am a working professional. I want my money what I have earned with all my hardwork

you have to file FIR againt him and file a complaint case of Cheque bounce in 138 NI act and and advocate donot have any previlaze law is equal to all so there is no need to panic and file case against him

Q: What action can be taken against the drawer who is trying to cheat

I submit a 9lacs a/cpayee cheque of sbi bank of  Allahabad ...the sbi returned it and said that go to drawee branch and find out the reason no 5and then resubmit it..I went to sbi main branch Allahabad and asked about it they said it is due to not responding the call of bank..now what can I do while the drawer is wanted to cheat me?

send a legal demand notice to that person about to pay your money and if he is not intrested to pay you your mony then you can file a complaint against him in 138 NI act and section 420 IPC

MY GRANDMOTHER PURCHASED A HOUSE PROPERTY.LATER ON THIS WAS TRANSFERRED TO MY PARENTS.AFTER THAT MY PARENTS TRANSFERRED IT TO ME AND MY TWO BROTHERS THROUGH A REGISTERED WILL.MY GRANDMOTHER & PARENTS HAS PASSED AWAY SOME YEARS AGO..IN THIS HOUSE MY ELDER SISTER HAS ILLEGAL POSSESSION IN ONE ROOM..WE ARE THREE BROTHERS & 4 SISTERS (TOTAL 7).BUT WHEN I SAID TO VACATE MY HOUSE SHE FILLED A CIVIL SUIT DEMANDED THAT SHE ALSO HAS SHARE IN THIS HOUSE PROPERTY. SHE IS NOW MISUSING MY HOUSE & AND GIVING ME DEATH THREAT.SHE NEITHER GIVES ME WATER BILL NOR OTHER BILL . HER HUSBAND IS ALSO A CRIMINAL TYPE PERSON.SO I WANT SEAL(LOCKED) MY PROPERTY THROUGH COURT TO SAFE MY HOUSE. SHE IS USING MY WHOLE HOUSE & DESTROYING IT.HOW CAN I DO THIS?

you can file a criminal complaint against her and her husband you can also file a injection suit in civil court and a declaration suit and that is not your father self earned property so she and other sister have equal right in that property
