I am a salaried Hindu woman, 28 years old. married in 2008, 2 children (girls), 8 years & 7 years. living separate from husband for one year (with my parents). Husband tortured physically & mentally, abused my parents. Threaten to kill the kids if i ask to act against him. Now i am living with my parents for one year and no contact with my husband for one year. He try to contact or call me sometimes but i don't respond. He is not agree for divorce. I could not live with him in any circumstances. I want divorce. Please suggest me, what to do ??? how to get divorce if husband is not ready ?

You can file a divorce petition at Family court on the ground of cruelty if you have evidence of physical and mental torture by husband like pH recordings n messages or witnesses. You will get divorce n you don't need to worry.

I'm a 21 year old girl, I always Wanted to be independent from the age of 18. But my father restricted me, My mother Also restricted me for every single thing. I am raised up In such a way that even if I go to meet my best friend that too a girl my mother used to warn me come home before your father comes. I mean why? why Should I be scared of my father? When I'm not doing anything wrong. And all these years I have faced a lot, seen a lot of fights and arguments and abuses at home and in my whole family as well. Now I'm very much frustrated, I want to work although I'm in Third year now, I will complete my graduation as well but I want to work side by side that too in some other state. But they are not allowing, on top of that my mother is emotionally harassing me saying that do what you want, give us poison and go where you want to go. What am I supposed to do now ?

you can leave your house and do job , live an independent life and if your father mother stops u , or file a complaint if you gone missing then u can approach High court for protection and interference of any kind despite being adult

Q: Girl friend uses my thing and money and now ignoring me

Meri Ek GF hai, dono leaving mein 6 th months se reh rahe the, and then ab hum sath nahi hai, aur pehle usne mujhe shaadi k liye force kiya or main ready bhi ho gaya tha, but now situation is that ab wo ghar par hai aur har dusre din mujhse ladti rehti hai jise main mentally harassment hora hu, Main uske liye 2 jobs quite ki and gifted a luxury mobile and birthday gift also and kaafi piase bhi khrach kiye or ye sb maine loan par liya hai ab mere par bahut karja ho gaya hai or lagbhag 1.5 lakh and mere pass job nahi hai piche 2 months and ab wo lagta hai mujhse picha chudna chahti haiAgar main usase break up karlu then I can file a complain to return my things and money which I have spent on her.And I want compensation from her.because I am very disappointed and distress now a days.

you can file a recovery suit of money against her if she has done any money fraud with you. However if their is a chance for reconciliation of your relationship do that, involve common friends who can mediate between you

A wife was severly sick still her husband did not intentionally admitted her to a hospital. This lead to her death. Does this amount to murder by her husband? How can the husband be held legally responsible for her death?

This is not a murder but a complaint can be filed under section 304 IPC . it has to be proved that husband was having all means to admit his wife in hospital or not. Further it has to be proved by giving evidence that the husband was in a conspiracy to commit such act
