Q: Can I file case if I was tortured in a relationship?

A boy used me physically and financially on false pretext of marriage and blackmailing both at once. He used to threaten me of killing my family members , defaming me , etc.Last month I came to know he is cheating is having multiple affairs and he traps below 18 girls ( i was also below 18 when he trapped me). After that I cut off contact and his family insulted me calling me immoral . I have proof regarding his blackmails. Can I do anything legally to prove myself ?

Yes if he has blackmailed you , given false promises of marriage and has made relation with you when you was below 18 you can file complaint against him. But you have to do this with consultation of an advocate because at some time or another your consent must be with him. so the complaint has to be in such a way that police registers your complaint, otherwise in these types of matters police does not gives attention.

My grandmother had a house,all the litery every single penny of expenses were taken care of by father (her son) and my mother (her daughter in law) even after my father death all the responsibility of financial expenses were taken care by mother and some times they put a pressure on my mother despite my aunt's being financially well they didn't spend single penny on my grandmother (there mother) and now when she died due to old age they are fighting for there share ,it's literally unfair.

Yes it is unfair and unfortunate but if someone has any rights they can not be defeated merely on this ground. However if u intends to fight or wants to challenge them you can do so through Court Legally.

Q: Hoe it affectstate government job ( Ias or IPS )

Sir due to some property issues if False FIR registered against me under BNS section 76 but After primary investigation by IO he said that no evidence against me so he removed my name from chargesheet does it affect my upsc career means to become IPS

no it will not impact your career unless the case remains pending against you or you have been convicted by court.even after Name removal by io petitioner can again proceed against u saying he wants fair investigation.

Q: Release of hold money in cyber crime

Iam a victim of cyber fraud after getting frauded by fraudsters I submitted the complaint in cyber crime and written application to my nearest cyber crime branch after that I recieved a message that your amount is put on hold and IO advised me to file a petetion and get court order from cheif judicial magistrate under crpc 457 my question is that can I get that court order by giving application by own or I have to hire any advocate or lawyer ?
