Husband has drinking habit, he is harassing me and spoiling my kids.

I am married since 15yrs he has very bad habit of drinking he is my mother brother since I am not able to leave him and go I have two kids we tried somany times to make him stop drinking but we failed now his habit is spoiling my house atmosphere I don't find any other way to handle this the moment I say I will go out and leave he threand me by saying he will commit suicide. I am working for a hospital with this habit I can't concentrate on my job as well. My first preference is my kids now he makes my kids to talk rubbish words against me. Please help with any solution.
If you are harassed by your spouce, you can seek the relief under domestic violence act for protection order. You can also cliam for maintainance from your husband for you and your kid.
