Q: How can visitation rights from the father in India be completely stopped?
I have full custody of my 7-year-old son, and the father has visitation rights. He is married to a very rude woman who caused my divorce. This situation is severely affecting my child; he is neglected and mistreated during visits, leading to illness afterward. Now, my son refuses to visit his father at all. Please advise me on how to completely stop visitation rights from the father in India, ensuring no further access to the child. Thank you.
Advocate Nagaraju answered
Pl. file an application before the regular court & express the actual position and their behaviour, where child is resisting to meet them and convince the court then automatically court may cancell the visitation rights.
