You can also file a case of divorce on basis of actuality.actuality is a ground of divorce.
First u register a complaint against your husband and his family, after that u file a divorce case against him. U can also file a case of maintenance.

जब लड़का या लड़की में किसी एक को तलाक लेना होता है तो वह धारा-13 हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत तलाक की याचिका दायर करता है।तलाक लेने के कुछ आधार है जिसमे सबसे प्रचलित आधार क्रूरता(निर्दयता) है।यदि तलाक दायर करने वाला अपने आधार या याचिका को साबित कर लेता है तो उसे तलाक मिल जाता है।यदि लड़की को परेशान किया जाता है तो वह घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम,498A I.P.C. , आदि में पुलिस या कोर्ट में करवायी कर सकती है।अगर लड़की तलाक नहीं देना चाहती है तो आसानी से तलाक नहीं हो सकता है।
