Q: Can police arrest senior citizen ? , can 75 year old man be arrested under Sections of the IPC
can a senior citizen be arrested Without court order ?, 75 yrs aged man arrested by UP Police without investigation, on a FIR only and put him behind bar since 10 days , just because got good money from the other party. Is this right ? Can police do this with 75 old man without proper investigation and court orders Pls help. The applicable sections are 419, 420, 67, 68, 71 & 506
