Q: Time limit for filling stay order petition against FIR for 498A
My question a FIR was filled under section 498a + other sections on 13.08.18 received by court on 23.08.18 & certified copy issued on 25.08.18 till when I can file a stay order against it in High Court?

There is no time limit to file a writ Pettition before High Court You May still File it and get relief if your case and circumstances so permit better if you share your First Information Report crime number and police station and district.
Q: How to get legal aid in case of domestic violence and cruelty
A woman who can't afford legal help if a victime of severe cruelty by her husband and in laws. She has been thrown away from her matrimonial home and all attempts at reconciliation have failed. Her husband has even tried to starngulate her to death. She has married recently and got pregnant. When she finally mustered the courage to take legal course then nobody is helping her.
