Live in relationship with a girl and now she's pregnant

A girl came to stay with me in live in relationship for 3 months. And got pregnant. Actually she was already in relationship with other man for 2 years this I didn't know. And I want to leave the girl. She is 3 month pregnant and does not want to abort. She has filed the Fir. Plz suggest.
