No kids, wife earning 1.28 lpa per month and maintenance

Wife is earning 1.28 lakhs per month and no kids.I am earning 1.11 lakhs per month. I have applied for divorce on cruelty. Family court judge told to give 5000 as interm maintenance. We thought of taking this to High court for revision appeal. Will the maintenance will be squashed or reduced. One more thing is do i need to pay this interm maintenance life long. What if she married and telling court that not married and decided to enjoy maintence life long.

hi yes you could file revision against the order of granting maintenance to your wife as she is working on her own and that she is earning more than you and need to see the order copy passed by judge in the matter
