Can a boy aged 19 years decide to live together with a girl

I am 19 years old and my partner complete 18 years, but her parents are abusive and torture her to marry someone else , so if she, report her family so where she live for 2 years, because my age is 19 years I have to wait till 21 for marriage, so there is a live-in relationship chance for 2 years ? then marriage and i am well settled boy ! answer please

The girl is a major and she can live and marry wherever she wants to as per her choice. So she can stay with you also, there is no bar on the same. But you can marry her only after you attain the age of 21 years as per the provisions of section 5 of Hindu Marriage Act.

Hello You can obviously go for a live-in relation and there is no law which can stop you to do so as you both are an adult and can make your own decisions. The only thing which is required is that you and your partner should be ready and willing and have consented to go for live-in relationship.
