Live in relationship being married

03-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a married person. I have a relationship with an un married girl and she is an adult. My wife is not willing to give me divorce after she came to know all about. Now there is no chance of mutual divorce as well neither for contest. Myself and the un married girl want to go for a live in relationship in some other city. We know that IPC 497 has been discontinued recently so there will be no risk i hope. But IPC 494 is there. Now my question would be if I and the girl decides to start living in some other city without getting married then what charges can be filed against her or me being a married person. Note : We will not marry to avoid IPC 494.

Even if you marry, the second girl , your wife needs rock solid evidence to prove it before the court of law that you have married the second time, which will take her years to prove if you do it in a full proof manner, plus if you have a child from your second marriage, both end wives and children will get equal share of your property and assets, why compromise, go live your life
