Second marriage/ live in relationship??

I am a 29 year old (unmarried) woman in love with a 35 year old (married) man. Both Hindus. He cannot divorce his wife. But we want to make a life together. What are the legal possibilities?
1) will our marriage be valid if we take his first wife's consent?
2) if we are in a live in relationship and not formally married, do we attract bigamy offence?

No your marriage is invalid. Either you take first wife consent with a reason for second marriage or he should take divorce. mandatory.
