it largely depends on the stage of the matter. If the charge sheet has or has not been filed, you would be required to wait for a period of 3 to 4 months before you file a fresh bail application before the trial court. If within that much time the police files the charge sheet in case of non filing of charge sheet, you can re approach the trial court for regular bail after charge sheet. Once the bail application is rejected by highcourt...I advice you to please wait for period of chargesheet..once chargesheet is presented we can move petition before sessions court and if rejected again we can move to high court...if again rejected its better to conduct trial as under prison...

Challenge the order in the supreme Court, or if you have withdrawn the application from the High Court, file after some time, prefer again in High Court which is called successive bail application if trial has not commenced in a sufficient time. With the ground mentioned above!!

Your question is incomplete although I will try my best to reply.
You must wait for girl evidence than approach again to session court before that it is very difficult.
After her evidence in which your lawyer will cross examine her you will get some points to mention in bail even then session don't give bail than approach to high court you must engage a good lawyer who can present properly your submissions before the court.
