YES. You can easily get bail under these sections. these sections are for hurting public servants and the punishment is upto 3 years in Section 332 and upto 10 years in section 333 of IPC. Court examines whether any grievous hurt is caused to the public servant or not.

If you are not arrested then file an application for anticipatory bail before concern sessions court.

Ha aapako jamin mil sakata hai. Aapako jamin ke liye court me arji karani padegi. Aap arji kijiye mil jayega. Aap koi achche criminal lawyer ko higher kijiye aur arji karavaiye. Aur aap ka case aage chalega tab har tarikh md court me hazir rahiye.

Hi ,

Both these sections of ipc are non bailable ,
You need to engage a lawyer and file the bail application in the concern court through your counsel .
Bail depends on the facts of the case.

Thanks

plz clarify whether you need anticipatory bail or regular bail, as section 332 of Indian Penal Code is punishment prescribed 3 years and traible by Ld. Magistrate Court and 333 of IPC is traible by Ld. Sessions Court so u need to filed application before first sessions court.

Though both the provision is non bailable.but after discharge of victim from hospital you have to file bail application before j m f c Court. Which would be rejected then after you have to file bail application sessions Court u/s 439 of cr p c then you can get success.
