In matter of 376 and 506.n1. Should apply again third time after session committed in sessions court? Orn2. Approach high court now right away?

Successive bail application can be filed before the same court only after change in circumstances. Filing of charge sheet is considered as a change in circumstances, therefore you filed successive bail application after filing of charge sheet. However, committal of case to sessions is not considered as change in circumstances.
