Anticipatory bail applicable for second different police station

My wife given complaint in one station initially and we taken anticipatory bail if any FIR filed. But they closed with NCR to clear in family court... After two weeks she again complained in other women police station with false cases and they filled FIR... Can I use same anticipatory bail ?

Dear Sir,
It is not so legal but you can manage. Once FIR is closed then the anticipatory bail pertaining to that FIR automatically become in fructuous. If you are afraid then you have get a second anticipatory bail. Second FIR itself illegal try to convince the police who issued second FIR by showing earlier FIR and its closure. It is called double jeopardy.

I get your query in this platform regarding the issue of your situation. Once FIR lodged in any criminal case you need to get bail or Anticipatry,if so your privieous case closed also.
This is new cases lodged against by your wife,so you to chances to get relief.

in this case we have to apply another one bail application which police station will come get direction apply for another application fsb not registered you have to apply another bail application which police station jurisdiction will come station court to apply bail
