Husband did second marriage while being married to me what punishment

My husband got 2nd marriage the case was in court in more than 3 years now part heard poluce filled FIR under 498a 494 406 109 what kind of punishment he will get . When will be the judgement given . Second wife got government jib usingICM . I informed the department they didnt take any action against her what i do for further will u plz guide me i have all evidance of my marriage .

494 marrying again during life time of wife: 7 years plus fine
498A subjecting wife to cruelty by husband or relative of husband: 3 years plus fine
109 abetting all these offence. You have to inform us whether u have made that lady also party to the proceedings, if not ask your counsel to do that. now it is for the prosecution the prove all your allegations, you can also assist them in prosecuting.
