How to tackle with false 498A case ?

My bhabhi wanted my parents's property on her name alone so she,her brothers and father were kept fighting with us earlier also for that).My brother hv already given 5-6 complaints before this incident around 1 year back to SP office and police station abt her threatening to kill life of my brother&parents.Pollice have filled a final report in court 498a,323,147,148,504&506 on us (police ignored our cctv footage which is very clearly in that how her brothers with their friends are beating us and from other side police have filled final report on her family putting sections147,148,504,506&308.so pls help me to get relief from section 498a &other sections which was false.But important point is my bhabhi or her father side had never put any official complaints to police station &when they beaten us she went to police station nd put allegations for dowry for her safety purpose.And wtevr incident happend it is there in cctv footage.So pls help in that wat could do in 498a & other sections.
File application under section 482 cr.p.c before honble high court for quashing of charge sheet filed against you on the ground of malicious intention alongwith the CCTV footage in which the complete incident had been recorded.

If the police has filed a final report in your fir then you have to make protest application in magistrate Court and have to make a prayer for further investigation by the police taking the CCTV footage as evidence. Their after if investigation is not done fairly then you can make representation to senior police officers and also file a writ in high Court praying proper investigation

that is not important that, father of your bhabhi ever put any complaint to police station or not, one relavent fact that you have mentioned that your brother made 5-6 complaint in the police station the other evidence will help you to prove your innocense in further proceedings, for now You can now approach to the High Court for grant of bail contanct with details immediatly
