Q: What legal protection can an employee get for breach of bond

I am working in MNC. When I have selected for job they ensured that though we need to sign the bond for 3 year, They will not enforce it if the reason is valid. After completing 7 month due to my family issue I have to left the company. I have provided the enough prof for my issue to company. After 2 month I got a legal notice stating that either I have to complete the bond or pay 1,00,000 +5000 (their advocate fees for legal notice). Please note that my salary is 16,000 (on hand 13000) per month. I have not received my last month salary. I dont want to pay the bond as well as resume the service due to my family issue. Can you please help me how can I handle this situation?

I got married 5 year ago I have a 3 year old daughter. After one year of marriage my in laws and husband started to torture me emotionally and mentally . They don't even care about me I am like a maid in that house .my married sister in law also live in same house due to her I have to work double and she also force me to commit suicide . my husband never gave me money for my needs.before two months when he did beat me I came back my home without my daughter. I didn't take any money even my jewellery from my in laws house . Now I want to take divorce and I also want my stridhan for my future life what should I do I also don't want to take custody of my daughter cause I don't have money and not even a job so I can take care of her

Q: Entitlement of employee to compensation after acquittal from case

Hello sir ! my father was terminated on the charges of getting job on fake caste certificate. After long trial of 11 years, my father has been acquitted of charges. Decision has been challenged by Government Department (Central Government) in higher court. But due to lack of money he is unable to get help from lawyers. But someone told him that there is a Supreme court Judgement, according to which a terminated employee is entitled to get 20 or 25 percent of wages of termination period right after acquittal of trial court. Sir please guide on this issue. This is a matter of livelihood of our family. We are living in hell since he was terminated 12 years ago.
