what documents would be required to prove that the above statements is correct, and how a person can prove it if this incident took more than four months to get to know that he was married last year ....
you have to file photograph of his marriage , videos , marriage card etc if you have more documnets to prove his guilt then you will be succeeded in proving your own case in evidence stage because burden of proof is on you. All these things are matter of trial which can be prove at the evidence stage
