Hi AllThere is a case where the girl has accused a boy of raping her on 15th of June 2022 and filing that case on 10th January 2023. The girl accused that the boy took her to his home which is 500 Kms away where she herself came and the guy raped her and it is said by her that she told him that all of this will happen after marriage. The guy has proof of pictures of entire day on 15th June where they are taking selfies in morning , afternoon, evening and night. Girl said rape happened in afternoon that day. Similarly the guy has proofs that she was with him even in march 2022 and same room, booked same hotel. Can girls in India have a right to write false things in FIR and get away ?

Many love affairs due to misunderstandings being ended in rape cases yours is a classic example. You may go to High Court and it will be called as consensual sex and the background is love affair as such FIR may be quashed if you hire Advocate practicing in High Court.
