Making sexual contacts for the false promise to marriage amounts to rape. So what he had done to you will come under rape which is a punishable offence. If he’s not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that what you have done is wrong and marry me OR face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station for registration of FIR under section 376 IPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes he cheated you you have to registred complain against him in delhi where you last stay with him and he definitely charged with as per IPC(INDIAN PENAL CODE) OR lodge a complaint with the local police of his jurisdiction with a copy endorsed to your country's embassy in India. He cannot run away from the offence , you may also lodge a complaint with the Indian embassy situated in your country narrating the details reduced to writing and by furnishing full particulars of the Indian boy friend. Try.

Hello !
The limited facts that you have narrated fall within the category of Rape on the false pretext of marriage. It doesn’t matter if you are from some other country, you will be treated equally by the law of the land. You can file a complaint with the police station and he can get arrested for the crime that he has perpetrated.

Hi..!!

You can file a criminal complaint against that person. Our country's laws are very strict in this sense and you will surely get justice. You have all the proofs so placing those on record you can file a criminal complaint under Section 90, 420, 493 of India Penal Code.

you may file a complaint/ fir against your partner in India and appropriate action as per law will be taken subject to the strength of papers that you have to substantiate your claims. an offence which is punishable in India is punishable if committed by an Indian outside India too in Indian courts. therefore you have a right to redressal of your grievance and specific legal steps to be taken can be advised only after formal discussion on all aspects of your case.
