Q: How to legally get married if parents are opposing

Hi my parents have trapped me in my house because I wanted to marry my boyfriend they liked him and our families met and decided for our marriage as well we both are Hindus bt when they came to knew that we are not of same caste they refused I was working in different city where my BFF belongs not they have brought me to my hometown and are not letting me work in any other city as well . My boyfriends family is ready and we have decided to get married legally how can I get out of here and what actions can I take

hello you have not mention age in your query. need more information about you and your boyfriend then we shall proceed for the court marriage.Legally girl age is 18 years and boy's age must be 21 years for marriage

Q: Abusive husband threatening to kill me

I want to know that my husband is always mentally unstable and is always threatening hyper mood . Always is playing poker and drink lots . He never give us money for household goods orschool fees or anything else.now he is trying to harm us and is threatening to kill me and take my son away.kindly show me the right way.  Need divorce, protection for me,kids and parents.

Q: What to do if my wife left me and is not traceable

Hi Sir,r . I marry a German  woman in 2000, we always lived in India,   we got a child and after in 2005 she disappeared with the child. Since then I don't know anything about them. I am always in India without chance to travel abroad, I am trying to getdivorce the last 3years but the court doesn't grant me the dissolution... they always asked documents, or demands something g else, that I can give them. So I am alwyas pending of divorce, i wait too much...what can I do? Pls advice me.

Hello you have not mention about the year of marriage not mention about the religion. you have to hire an advocate and file divorce petition under domestic violation and Divorce under physical cruelty and mental cruelty

Q: Abuse of Education System by Delhi Police Officer what to do

I would like to expose a case of Public Interest which reveals abuse of education system and misuse of public funds by Governemnt Officials. A case which exposes the skills of Delhi Police Officer at defrauding the Govt. Institutions by obtaining degrees in absentia. He has obtained various degrees such as B.Sc., D.El.Ed. , L.L.B, MBA through unfair means without even attending the college.Furthermore, he has secured government jobs on the basis of these illegal degrees. This particular individual is actively involved in the racquet of Fraud admission and False degrees and is currently serving as a Sub Inspector in Delhi Police. Also, I reported about this matter to the Vice Chancellor of Delhi University, Commissioner of Police and Principal of D.I.E.T. Unfortunately, no concern and importance was given to this urgent matter of Public Interest despite repeated complaints. Therefore, I humbly request for further guidance to file a Writ/PIL in this matter.
