Q: Abusive husband threatened to kill me

I want to know that my husband is always mentally unstable and is always threatening hyper mood . Always is playing poker and drink lots . He never give us money for household goods orschool fees or anything else. now he is trying to harm us and my husband threatened to kill me and take my son away. kindly show me the right way. Need divorce, protection for me, kids and parents.

Q: Contested- one sided divorce from wife

It's been 1.5 yrs of marriage n nothing us working out, it was a love marriage but dere is no love at all, I have asked my wife for mutual bt c ain't agreeing.. c is 4 yrs elder to me n says c won't leave me as she has no place to go.. we have had no relation for last 1.5 yrs.. living in same house different rooms. how can get separated now ? Hi my parents have trapped me in my house because I wanted to marry my boyfriend they liked him and our families met and decided for our marriage as well we both are Hindus bt when they came to knew that we are not of same caste they refused I was working in different city where my BFF belongs not they have brought me to my hometown and are not letting me work in any other city as well . hello you have not mention age in your query. need more information about you and your boyfriend then we shall proceed for the court marriage.Legally girl age is 18 years and boy's age must be 21 years for marriage

Q: What to do if my wife left me and is not traceable

Hi Sir,r . I marry a German  woman in 2000, we always lived in India,   we got a child and after in 2005 she disappeared with the child. Since then I don't know anything about them. I am always in India without chance to travel abroad, I am trying to getdivorce the last 3years but the court doesn't grant me the dissolution... they always asked documents, or demands something g else, that I can give them. So I am alwyas pending of divorce, i wait too much...what can I do? Pls advice me.

Hello you have not mention about the year of marriage not mention about the religion. you have to hire an advocate and file divorce petition under domestic violation and Divorce under physical cruelty and mental cruelty
