Rape in the name of marriage and denied than.

A man has dated me even he was married but they were about to take divorce the man has being physical with me in the name of marriage with me. And he did talked to my family also he cam to my house and told my family that he will marry me he told his family also that he will marry me.. i have also gone to his house many times his family also did accepted me but now they are saying he will not marry me.. he has done everything with me in the false statement of marriage... what should i do now?
Well, you can lodge a Rape Case against him for permitting him to penetrate inside you on the mere permission, that, he will marry you. As he breached his promise, thus, he has cheated you to seek your consent for wilful penetration inside your private part. Hence , case of Rape is maintainable.
