‘Case Disposed’ means the final order/ ‘judgment and decree’ has been passed. It does not mean that the case was quashed. Please apply for the certified copy of the final order/ judgment & decree to find out the effect of the Order. Please do not delay as such matters are time-sensitive.

Please note that my legal advice is not final and without looking at the relevant documents and without obtaining further information from you, I cannot give a complete solution. For further clarifications, please feel free to contact me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The information published by the website is not always right. You need approach lawyer to get to know the exact status of this case. Because, case might have forwarded to some other police station/court due to jurisdiction issues .. etc., If the FIR get quashed then you would have received notification from Investigation officer.
