Case Disposed Meaning "Uncontested -- Compounded "

23-Aug-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had a cheque bounce case against me under 138 NI Act, filed by ICICI Bank. My Councel had moved an application for dismissal of the case on some factual grounds. Today I checked the status of case online and can see that it is disposed as "Uncontested -- Compounded ". What does that mean ? Thanks in Advance.
