Call from crime branch case filed against me what should I do

I am an NRI and living abroad alone with my family of wife, children & old parents living in Mumbai. Today morning I received a call from a mobile number Indian Crime branch PSI Sathish telling me he has papers for my arrest when I land in India against some case filed under IPC 403,406 and 420. He told me if I want to get more details I should call Lawyer KD Pathak on mobile number. He called my wife & told her that they are coming to attach and seal the house property. House is in her sole name. I have never had any legal issues & problems. Is it possible to seal and attach property of wife.

It seems more like an extortion call than from a police officer. Also, it is not possible for crime branch to attach any property unless the proceedings are under Money Laundering Act and that too would fall under the jurisdiction of ED. And, it is advisable that you do not travel until the details of this are fully known. Suggest you to set up a meeting in order to understand this properly.
